The process of creating an effective message may take an hour to a month or more, depending on many things. One thing is certain: Time invested in planning is always cheaper, since ideas on white boards are much easier to change then completed layouts or an article ready for publication.
When we choose to work with you, this is the path we will follow:
- We listen to you – your needs, your goals, your ideas, your limits, your aversion to risk and your willingness to experiment.
- We learn from you – about your business, your customers, things you like and dislike.
- We build a proposal and submit it to you. It bounces back and forth a few times, getting more precise each time.
- We agree on your project. You hire us and we agree to be hired. It must be a partnership – that is the only way we want to work.
- We whiteboard, we brainstorm, we write and edit a bit and write some more. Maybe some pacing, and definitely hand waving. You will know when it’s ready – the work will cry out to be heard.
- If you are testing several different messages, we can help you create a test plan and criteria for narrowing in on the perfect message.
